Data & Checkout Intelligence

Synegrow Checkout processes transaction events and user signals in real-time to optimize payment success rates. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we collect and analyze technical data related to the checkout session, including device information, network signals, and interaction patterns.

This intelligence is used solely to improve transaction outcomes, detect potential fraud, and reduce payment failures. While our systems are designed to maximize conversion, Synegrow does not guarantee specific transaction success rates. All data handling is conducted in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

Payments & External Providers

Synegrow Checkout acts as an orchestration layer and interface. Synegrow is not a bank, payment gateway, or money transmitter.

The actual processing of funds is handled by third-party payment service providers (PSPs) that you connect to your account. Consequently:

  • Payment success is ultimately dependent on the availability and approval of these third-party providers.

  • Synegrow is not liable for funds settlement, chargebacks, or failures originating from the underlying payment processor.

  • Integrations with third-party services are provided "as-is" and may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

Limitations & Responsibilities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synegrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Specifically, we do not guarantee that the use of Synegrow Checkout will result in any specific revenue improvement or business outcome. Checkout optimization is a complex process dependent on multiple factors beyond our control, including customer behavior, issuing bank policies, and network stability.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the services again).
